Los Angeles residents caught a shirtless man on video smashing car and bus windows with rocks and he walked back and forth between a busy street in the Mid-City area.
Police received a call about the crazy man throwing rocks at vehicles. Video shows the 32-year old throwing rocks at all the cars and buses passing by. Later on, he even started punching the front of the bus.
Eventually at a bus stop, the man boarded and the videos showed passengers running off. Bystanders eventually stepping in to stop the man and control him until cops arrived.
One person and 16 vehicles were apparently struck by rocks during the incident.
