Authorities in Texas say they found 4 malnourished children covered in feces, two of them were locked inside a dog kennel. The disturbing discovery was made on Tuesday when the Wise County Sheriff's Office responded to a domestic disturbance call placed at a local residence.
When police arrived, they found Andrew Fabila and Paige Harkings both 24-years-old inside. The unclothed children with limited access to food were in close proximity.
WCSO said, Fabila, father of one child, had multiple cuts on his face. He received treatment at a nearby hospital and was later booked in the Wise County Jail on four counts of endangering a child.
