A Pompano Beach man is facing premeditated attempted murder charges after he's accused of using a crossbow to shoot strangers. Broward Sheriff's Office detectives say DNA from the most recent victim helped them track down William Rodriguez. They believe the 33-year-old may be responsible for a handful of incidents along Copans Road since 2016. He's supposedly confessed.
