Hey South Florida, Keep Your Sweaters And Boots Handy Another Week

You'll want to keep your sweaters handy for another week in South Florida, ahead of a second front expected to arrive in the area by the middle of this week.

Once the sun went down Saturday evening, temperatures plummeted and with a gusty north wind Sunday, highs topped out only in the upper 60s.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will be warmer with highs in the lower to mid 70s but our next cold front will come through on Wednesday night.

This is expected to be a bit stronger than the front this weekend. That means Thursday will begin in the 40s and only end up in the mid 60s.

Warmer temps return quickly with highs back in the mid 70s by next weekend.
