Eating Fish Could Make You Smarter, New Study Suggests

Are you a seafood lover? Well then you're in luck!

Eating fish once a week could help with your IQ and sleep.

Researchers at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia found children who ate fish once a week had better sleep and had a higher IQ than children who did not eat fish frequently.

Omega-3 fatty acids found in fish have proven to offer health benefits in the past.

The team hopes to conduct follow-up research using controlled trials and adult subjects.
