Sylvester Stallone is being investigated for alleged sexual assault.
The Santa Monica Police Department is looking into a complaint filed against the "Rocky" star in November by a woman who claims he raped her in 1990, according to a report by TMZ.
Stallone denied the allegation, and said that the only time he spent with the woman was in 1987 during a movie shoot in Israel.
Police will investigate, and present it to the D.A.'s Office to decide whether there's enough to prosecute. The statute of limitations for sexual assault or battery is 10 years in California -- but police say they are looking into all allegations of sexual misconduct.
Stallone is reportedly planning to file his own complaint accusing her of filing a false report.
