Democratic leader Chuck Schumer says it's time to move on after the collapse of the latest Senate Republican healthcare bill.
On the Senate floor Tuesday, Schumer said Democrats are ready to work with Republicans to find bipartisan fixes on healthcare.
Schumer ripped Republican plans to try and repeal Obamacare and replace it later. He said it would be disastrous.
He predicted chaos and likened it to surgery that would "kill the patient."
