Miami Dade College will illuminate in rainbow colors on April 8.
The school will light up its Freedom Tower, a national historic landmark, as part of Miami Beach Gay Pride Lights the Night — a tribute to the Pulse Nightclub shooting victims and their families.
Buildings throughout Miami will sport pride colors in support of the LGBTQ community. The 2017 Miami Beach Gay Pride parade and festival will take place April 7 to April 9 in Miami Beach.
