Florida Named #1 for Higher Education

The state of Florida has been ranked number one in the nation for higher education by the U.S. News and World Report

The info-graph above shows that Florida has been ranked number 29 for overall education throughout the country, number three in two-year graduation rates, number two when in comes to tuition and fees, and claims best in the country when it comes to overall higher education programs.

The state has reached significant achievements in areas including graduation rates, low debt at graduation, and tuition and fees. The rankings weighed how long it takes students to finish two- and four-year college programs, tuition rates and how much debt graduates leave with.

Utah and California ranked numbers two and three in terms of higher education, respectively. The worst state for higher education was Pennsylvania.
