A Palm Beach judge has scheduled jury selection to begin on June 2nd. The Boynton Beach woman is accused of paying an undercover policeman $5,000 to kill her husband.
Her original conviction on solicitation to commit murder charges was overturned on a technicality in 2014. A second trial last month ended with a hung jury.
