In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Keith Reid said he walked in on a construction supervisor at their Park Slope office watching pornography in February of last year.
"This made plaintiff very uncomfortable as watching pornography is against his religious belief as a Christian," the suit says. He complained to HR, but saw another person doing the same thing a month later. His complaints agains went nowhere, the filing says.
