Time Warner Cable has gotten socked with a $2 million lawsuit by a former employee who says they ignored his religious complaints about his colleagues watching porn on company time.

Time Warner Cable has gotten socked with a $2 million lawsuit by a former employee who says they ignored his religious complaints about his colleagues watching porn on company time.

In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Keith Reid said he walked in on a construction supervisor at their Park Slope office watching pornography in February of last year.

"This made plaintiff very uncomfortable as watching pornography is against his religious belief as a Christian," the suit says. He complained to HR, but saw another person doing the same thing a month later. His complaints agains went nowhere, the filing says.
