A Cleveland tattoo artist found someone to accept his offer of a free tattoo of local hero, Charles Ramsey. Rodney Rose, a tattoo artist at 252 Tattoo, was impressed with the way that Ramsey kicked down his neighbor's door to help kidnapping victims Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight to escape. To honor the man, he announced on Facebook that he would do a free tattoo of Ramsey's face on anyone who requested it. Stephen Mulhollon, a friend and fellow tattoo artist, took him up on it. Ramsey's face is now permanently etched on his leg.
