On Thursday, multiple anti-war protesters, arising in waves, interrupted Senate confirmation hearings to appoint a new director of the Central Intelligence Agency. Protester after protester arose to interrupt President Barack Obama’s nominee to be the next CIA Director, John Brennan. After multiple protesters were ejected from the hearings, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) shut the proceedings down as police flooded the chamber to escort the remaining protesters out of the building.
