Decorating Theme: "That's Entertainment" - the television cameras FOCUS on the shoreline!

Winterfest along with Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Co. encourages homeowners, condominiums, apartment building, businesses, restaurants, nightclubs and marine-related establishments

along the shoreline from the New River to the Intracoastal waterway to decorate their properties and participate in creating a beautiful backdrop for the boat parade. Show your holiday and community spirit and see those efforts come alive on the Winterfest television special aired on WSVN Channel 7 in December.

This year's Extravaganza will be held in a participation format that will feature the best decorated homes and businesses on the television special. Entries are passive. Television producers will be looking for the following:

• CATEGORIES & CRITERIA Theme compliance and originality Overall composition Use of lights and accessory props Use of grounds / building/docks Looking for Ideas on how to Decorate? Call for details on our Seminar

  PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARDS Photos will be taken on December 10th - BUT early submissions of photos is strongly suggested. EMAIL a photo of your creation to shoreline@winterfestparade.com AND upload them directly to the Sun-Sentinel for everyone to see. By Submitting YOUR photos to Winterfest - you have the opportunity to WIN tickets to our Winner's Circle Dinner at the Greater Fort Lauderdale Broward County Convention Center
